We’ll meet at the gazebo for a quick briefing on the kind of sights we’ll see and flora and fauna we might encounter, then it’s onto the boat and upstream, marvelling at the beautiful formations of the Gorge on the way.

Once we’ve all got a billy tea or coffee, the fun really starts. Your guide will introduce you to the fascinating world of traditional law, including the complex kinship and marriage rules, with guests role-playing to get a real understanding of the way it works. Before we get back on the boat you’ll also enjoy a hands-on bush medicine experience, learning how the local people find, prepare and make use of the plants around the area.
